Walking and cycling

Austria is a country par excellence for walking and cycling. This is possible in the surroundings of Bramberg and Königsleiten. Directly from the Chalets and / or to nearby villages, valleys, waterfalls, rivers and glaciers. The walker from beginner to advanced can pick up his heart. By bike, organize a family trip, a relaxing trip with stunning views, a demanding ride through the high mountains with trial descents or just a very cozy mountain hut to rest - guaranteed fun at every level.

Walking from Chalet Xieje 

A small selection from Hiking from the luxurious Chalet Xieje in Königsleiten: From the luxurious Chalet there are easy and for the advanced circular walks to make. There is the easy planets walk where you spend an hour in the village and forest. You can also go up via the gondola in Königsleiten to the village with beautiful views over the reservoir. Halfway you can enjoy something delicious at the magnificent panorama restaurant where the host regularly surprises his guests with Austrian sounds on his musical instrument. There are several benches on the way where you can rest and enjoy the beautiful panoramas.

Walking from Chalet Brammetje 

From Chalet Brammetje you can make a fairly easy circular walk of a small hour with beautiful views over the Pinzgautal. There are benches where you can rest and enjoy. You can take a snack on the beautifully located terrace of hotel Bergkristall and at restaurant Geisl. You can also walk easily via the Sonnewanderung to the village Bramberg. Also through the meadows of the Sonnberg is a hiking trail which ends in Muhlbach. A walk from the Chalet to the village and via the pasture back or vice versa takes about 2 hours and can be shortened to 1 hour. Many other diverse and long walks are clearly indicated. 2 restaurants are within walking distance of the accommodations so that the driver can also enjoy a delicious wine or other drink at dinner.

Near the luxurious Chalet Brammetje also start several larger and beautiful walks. You can climb the Wildkögel, along rocky paths, rivers and forests. Clearly marked.

With the e-bike or mountainbike 

In the surroundings of the Pinzgautal and the Zillertal and higher up in the mountains, all kinds of cycle paths have been set out for both the touring cyclist and the mountain biker. There are bicycle pointers that show you the way through the adventurous hinterland of the Hohe Tauern area. The e-bike also undergoes an advance among sporty mountain bikers. There are al types to rent in the area at local sports shops.
